SKYLOONG GK75 Knob Keyboard - TiGrey (Optical)
The quality is impressive, the keyboard has good tactile feedback, and the materials, every single detail, make the experience of typing on this keyboard unique.
I received my plates very well packaged - there was no damage during transit. The plates included stabilisers, which was a surprise. And also included was a selection of screws. All in all this was a brilliant experience - the staff I communicated with were attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend, and will definitely shop again in future.
I still haven't received the keyboard.
Great keyboard. I rate it.
I've tried the silent reds. Unlike most silent switches, they do not feel squishy. If you push down the key slowly, you can hear a bit of creaking, so for those that care to, it might be worth lubing the springs. It's not very noticeable, however. If you really pound the key hard, it does make a louder sound, but from normal typing it is pretty silent. Having not tried the tactile variants, I can't speak for how silent those may be. If you need silent switches but don't want them to feel like silent switches, I think these are a fairly good choice.
I have tried the browns, reds, and whites. I believe these switches are full PC housing and the sound they make is higher pitched and can be fairly loud. If you're looking for low pitched "thock" sounds, you'll want a different switch. Personally, I enjoy the sound and feel of the reds and the whites. I do not generally use tactile switches, and the brown switches didn't change my mind, however, someone that prefers tactiles might like them. I really felt and heard a pronounced bump which I found distracting and kind of unpleasant. It kind of felt like I was popping something with every keypress. That might be something that a tactile switch lover might be seeking, perhaps. I haven't tried doing any modifications to these switches, and they feel smooth enough out of the box.
If you're into silent tactiles, you should try out the Silent Rose. They're very smooth right out of the box, and not at all mushy on the bottom-out like most silent tactiles.
They're currently my favorite silent tactile, followed by T1 Shrimp, Boba U4s, then Zilents V2.
The closest non-silent tactile I'd compare them to is the Designer Studio White Jades.
Thank you for the driver sent.
I have tried but the drivers doesn't seem to support HP 27-ca1244. May I know if there is a way to rectify this? Thank you.
I'm the guy who said the keyboard came wired, not bluetooth. However I was wrong, it's bluetooth, sorry.
the keyboard is very beautiful and it's definitely one of the best I've ever had
SKYLOONG Coral Sea GK61/68/84/96 Mechanical Keyboard
The keyboard body itself if astoundingly well built, each piece fits perfectly. I went with fiberglass plate and switches fit tightly, as they should. All functionailtites are working as advertised, I haven't even tried all of them yet. All in all, very well made keyboard for reasonable amount of money. I must add the fact, that my order was specific and needed cooperation with the sales team, which went smoothly and the response time was less almost instant, delay ammounted to timezone difference. I even got a discount, how fenomenal. Highly recommend to all.
