Política de reembolso

According to our warranty policy, We do not accept a random return of products. If it is not related to product quality problem, But the client wants to be eligible for a return, the customer needs to request it within 7 days upon product/parcel arrival, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Return Procedure

  • Contact us at www.skyloong.vip support or email us directly to support@skyloong.vip.
  • Make sure to use corrugated box with cushioning material such as foam or bubble wrap to avoid damage during the transit.
  • You must inform us the tracking number once you shipped out the return product.
  • As an assembled keyboard can not be sold again as a new product, Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 7-day return policy.
  • The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by the return will NOT be refunded.


Additionally, a restocking fee (35% of the item’s retail value) will be charged under this circumstance. This also applies to packages that have been opened but are still working well. Please contact support@skyloong.vip to process your request. After receiving and checking that the item is in good condition, you will receive an email notifying you that the remaining 65% of the amount paid will be reimbursed directly to the payment method used (PayPal or Credit Card) within 3-5 working days. Please also note that PayPal or your bank may also require some processing time after we have issued your refund.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
